Interaction Design
Used in over 80 countries, the Funding Marketplace improved donor income
The Challenge
UNICEF needed a streamlined, scalable digital platform to improve donor engagement and increase funding impact across 80+ countries. Their existing system lacked the flexibility and accessibility required for global teams to manage fundraising campaigns effectively.
The Solution
We designed and developed the Funding Marketplace, a prescriptive CMS tailored to UNICEF’s needs. This platform empowers country teams to showcase fundraising projects, manage donor interactions, and optimize funding distribution.
The Results
The Funding Marketplace has enhanced donor engagement and improved income distribution across UNICEF’s global network. With a user-friendly, scalable system, country teams can now efficiently manage and promote fundraising efforts, ensuring critical resources reach those in need.
Key contributions:
- Interaction design
- Front-end development
- Graphic design

Wireframes and User Flows
Throughout various stages of the Funding Marketplace project, I developed wireframes and detailed functionality flows using Balsamiq Mockups. These visuals served as a blueprint for both the initial development and subsequent updates, ensuring that each enhancement was thoughtfully integrated into the existing system.

Streamlined Document Management
UNICEF Toolkit provided a structured interface for managing, editing, and organizing documents, ensuring efficient collaboration between country offices.
