Reginald L. Valentine Jr. is a senior digital transformation strategist, enterprise Agile coach, and program delivery expert with more than a decade of experience leading large-scale change initiatives for Tier 1 financial institutions and global technology organizations. He specializes in transforming siloed teams into value-driven, cross-functional systems; implementing data-backed governance models; and steering complex digital programs from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.

At Avidano Digital, as Chief Information Officer, Reggie leads program delivery and transformation strategy with a servant-leadership mindset and a focus on clarity, alignment, and predictable execution. He excels at partnering with C-level stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to stabilize delivery, modernize processes, and build operating models that support long-term sustainability and resilience. His approach blends rigorous Agile practice with deep organizational empathy — helping teams adopt new systems in ways that feel empowering rather than disruptive.

Before joining Avidano Digital, Reggie spent three years directing Digital Transformation and Program Delivery at Blackstone, one of the world’s largest investment firms. There, he assessed and trained more than 500 team members, established Agile practices across multiple business units, and delivered a Snowflake-powered portfolio dashboard that visualized status, flow, and dependencies across millions of projects — dramatically increasing transparency, alignment, and predictability for executive leadership.

His independent consulting work includes high-impact engagements with Morgan StanleyADPGuardian Life Insurance, and Deutsche Bank, where he served as a change management consultant, enterprise Agile coach, and program delivery lead. Across these roles, Reggie has guided cybersecurity programs, cloud modernization efforts, investment management technology transformations, and enterprise-wide Agile adoption — helping organizations shift from siloed execution to coordinated, value-focused delivery.

Reggie is known for his ability to build trust quickly, communicate with precision, and bring calm structure to high-complexity environments. He has a strong track record of coaching teams through organizational resistance, establishing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and implementing Lean-Agile budgeting processes that align strategy, planning, and execution. His leadership helps teams embrace change with confidence and clarity.

Reggie holds advanced certifications in leading transformation frameworks, including SAFe Professional Consultant (SPC)Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Large Scale Scrum (LeSS). He is highly proficient with Jira Align, Jira, Snowflake, PowerBI, and other enterprise planning and analytics tools, using them to automate reporting and deliver real-time, data-driven insights that support decision-making.
